The Game Agency, the gamification division of ELB Learning, is proud to announce its exclusive partnership with Business knowledge (« EK ») in support of the federal government’s educational program USA Learning. “We are proud to have been selected as game-based learning experts in Enterprise Knowledge’s elite team of companies selected and delighted when the EK team was chosen to be one of only seven prime contractors for this groundbreaking initiative. In December 2022, EK was awarded a Prime contract on the IDIQ contract for OPM USALearning® (USAL) training and education support products and services. It is a small, capped $1.76 billion capped business that provides all U.S. government – federal, state and local municipalities agencies with flexible access to formal and informal learning education systems design and support services customized, training simulation and virtual reality application Solutions, organizational training and planning from EK’s team of advanced learning industry partners.

The agreement enables government agencies to streamline their procurement processes and obtain state-of-the-art training and education solutions to create personalized and continuous learning experience solutions. The scope includes all aspects of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation for all training and education support services.
The USAL Training and Education Support Products and Service IDIQ contract was awarded with an initial five-year base ordering period ending December 14, 2027, followed by an optional five-year ordering period ending December 14, 2032. Therefore, the contract offers opportunities for long-term solutions for contracting officers, offering flexibility to accommodate extended periods of performance.
As the largest dedicated knowledge management (KM) consultancy in the world, EK is poised to meet USAL’s goals for the IDIQ and will leverage the firm’s global expertise in corporate learning strategy, ecosystem and learning experience solutions to achieve the agency’s learning goals.
